Your display is custom designed for your property. Birchwood supplies and installs the lights, cords, hardware, and commercial-grade decorations, provides seasonal service calls, then handles takedown and off-season storage.
Do I own my lights and decorations?
Yes. Your decorations belong to you. Birchwood stores your lights and decorations between seasons so you can enjoy them again the following year.
What happens if a light stops working?
Seasonal service calls are included. Contact Birchwood at (301) 275-5417 to report a problem, and the team will arrange to come back and fix it.
Do the LED lights come with a warranty?
The long-life LED lights supplied by Birchwood are backed by a full-replacement three-year warranty. Ask the team about the warranty details for your display when requesting your estimate.
Which areas do you serve?
Our home base is Darnestown, Maryland, and our primary service area is Montgomery County. We also serve Washington, DC, and nearby Northern Virginia. Virginia coverage is limited to nearby locations, approximately 15–20 miles into the area; contact us with your address to confirm availability.
Can you decorate both homes and businesses?
Yes. We create residential and commercial holiday displays, with a lighting plan shaped around the property rather than a one-size-fits-all package.
How much does a holiday display cost?
Estimates are free. Because every display is custom designed, contact us with your property location and the look you have in mind for pricing specific to your project.
When should I request an installation?
Contact us while you are planning your holiday season so we can discuss your preferred timing and current availability. Installation and takedown dates are arranged with the team; a submitted estimate request does not reserve a date.
